How do I register?
In order to purchase products offered through this website, a user must first complete a registration form. As part of this registration form, a user will be required to give their contact information (name, address, phone number and email address), as well as financial information (a valid credit card number and expiration date). To become a registered user, click on "Register FREE" at the top, and follow the easy steps.

How do I login?
After you have registered, click on "Member Login", and enter your username/email address and password.

What if I forgot my password?
On the "Member Login" page, click on the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your username/email address. Your password will be emailed to you.

How do I change my customer information?
You may change your customer information after you login at any time by clicking on "Your Profile" at the top. On this page, you may change your personal information, password, credit card information, travel preferences, and more.

What is my user profile?
In an effort to better serve our customers we have created a profile page for our users to complete so that information such as name, address, preferences, rewards point numbers and billing information can be safely stored for future use. This simple and easy step will allow users to book their travel itineraries faster than ever before, without having to re-enter all of their personal data. We keep all information strictly confidential.

Will my name and personal information be given out to other companies?
No. We will not share the names of any of our customers with any third party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Can I make a booking or purchase if I live outside the U.S.?
Yes, you may make a booking or purchase as long as you have a valid credit card.

What credit cards are accepted?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We are proud of our commitment to protecting your privacy online. We value your trust in us and will work hard to earn your confidence so that you can enthusiastically use our services and recommend us to friends and family. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. When our registration form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. How do I search for a flight?

1. Click the airplane icon at the top or click here.
2. Select either "Round Trip", "One Way", or "Multi City"
3. "Multi City" search will allow you to select up to 4 stops on your trip.
4. The "Click for an airport list" link next to departure and destination allows you to select the airport name by location.
5. Enter the departure and destination cities (or airport codes), dates, and other information, then click "Search".
6. If presented with a list of departure and destination airports, select the appropriate ones, and click "Search" again.
7. Available flights will be listed.
8. Choose a flight that suits your needs, and click "Select" to add it to your itinerary.
9. If you haven't done so at this time, please login.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be billed until you book your tickets.

How do I search for a hotel room?

1. Click the hotel icon at the top or click here.
2. Enter the city (or zip code), dates, and other information, then click "Search".
3. If presented with a list of cities, select the appropriate one, and click "Search" again.
4. Available rooms will be listed.
5. Click "View Map" to get a Mapquest map of the area surrounding the hotel.
6. Click "Details" to get more information on the selected hotel.
7. Click "Rooms & Pricing" to get pricing and availability information. If this is the hotel you wish to book, click "Select" to add it to your itinerary.
8. If you haven't done so at this time, please login.

When will my credit card be charged?
Whenever you book a room with the "Lowest Price" icon (), we charge your credit card for the full amount immediately. The full amount is the total cost of your reservation and includes the room rate, tax charges and our service fees. However, "Lowest Price" hotels have a 25.00 USD cancellation fee.

How do I search for a car rental?

1. Click the car icon at the top or click here.
2. Enter the city (or airport code), pick-up and drop-off dates and times, and car type, then click "Search".
3. If presented with a list of airports, select the appropriate one, and click "Search" again.
4. Available car rentals will be listed.
5. Click "Policies" to get more information on the rental.
6. Choose a rental car that suits your needs, and click "Select" to add it to your itinerary.
7. If you haven't done so at this time, please login.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be billed until you return the car.

How do I request information on a cruise?

1. Click the "Cruises" tab at the top or click here.
2. Under "Specify Your Cruise", select the destination, sailing date, duration, cruise length, and number of passengers, then click "Search".
3. A listing of cruises will be displayed. From here you may get further information on the cruise line, cruise ship, dates, and availability. Click on the date to view the itinerary for that date.
4. Click the "Check Availability" link.
5. Select the number of passengers and click the "Continue" button.
6. A listing of rates will be displayed. Select a rate and click the "Continue" button.
7. A form will display for you to enter your contact information. Fill out the form. A Cruise Representative will contact you shortly with more information.
8. On the Cruise page, you may also Browse by Cruise Destinations or Browse by Cruise Line.
9. Browsing by cruise destination will display available cruises for that destination
10. Browsing by cruise line will display information about the cruise line and each cruise ship.

How do I search for information on a vacations?
Click the "Vacations" tab at the top or click here.
Under "Departure City", enter your departure city/airport code.
Select the destination, departure date, arrival date, "Air/Hotel" or "Air/Car/Hotel" option, then click "Search".
A listing of hotels with default air and/or car is presented.
You now have the option to view/select additional air and car options for each hotel listed in the search result.
The booking proceeds are normal.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be billed at the time of booking. Please make sure that the information is correct as entered as these are dynamic packages that might carry stiff penalties for changes and/or cancellations.
